Work off those Thanksgiving calories at the annual Irvington Turkey Trot, Thanksgiving Day at the Town Commons. There is a 2 mile, a 5 mile and a tot trot run.

JOIN US for the VIA’s 23rd Annual Irvington Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. It’s a scenic run through the neighborhoods in Historic Irvington for those serious competitors and a fun jog/walk/hop/skip/jump for the rest of us! The Turkey Trot is a “must-do” event for the Thanksgiving holiday on the Northern Neck of Virginia. The Annual Turkey Trot & Animal Food Drive is organized by the dedicated volunteers of the VIA ~ the Village Improvement Association.
This spectacular event raises money for the Animal Welfare League (AWL). The Animal Welfare League has served the counties of Lancaster, Northumberland, Westmoreland, and Richmond Counties for over 48 years. Your support and donations are greatly appreciated. The Animal Welfare League is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to humanely treating and caring for animals. AWL is located at 75 South Main St, Kilmarnock, VA 22482.

ENTRY FEES (Fees go up $5 on Nov 11)$25 for the 2 Mile or 5 Mile
$30 for the 2 Mile and 5 Mile
NO FEE for 100 yard Tot Trot
After November 10 we will NOT be able to guarantee T-shirt sizes. This includes shirts for sponsors, participants, and volunteers.

DIVISIONS by Age (Male & Female) Under 8, 8-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
AWARDS The Awards Ceremony will start as soon as results are available after the 2 Mile and 5 Mile events. Awards will go to the top three finishers in Men’s and Women’s in both 2 Mile and 5 Mile races and the top three finishers in each age division.
RESULTS Turkey Trot Race results will be posted on RunSignUp.
