The 5000 sq. ft. home comfortably sleeps 10, with 4 waterfront bedrooms, a loft work from home space, and 3.5 baths.

Step outside to your private waterfront oasis, featuring our large private beach, naturalized gardens, and a deep-water dock with 4 slips (9’ MLW). Paddle the peaceful creek with our 4 kayaks and paddle board, fish and crab with our gear off the dock, or soak in the sunset with a glass of wine from the deck. For family fun, we provide yoga mats, weights, beach toys, games, and essentials for young children. Whether you’re building sand castles, exploring the charming shops and markets of Irvington, or savoring local oysters and crabs, every detail is designed to make your stay unforgettable.
