The Office Cafe opened on November 6, 2018, in Irvington, Virginia in the former Dr. William Westbrook dentist office, who proudly served the community for 20 years. As an homage to his legacy, we chose to keep the toothbrush columns on our front porch when we reopened the space as a beloved restaurant.

Since 2018, The Office has been serving delicious, freshly prepared favorites and unique creations. In 2019, The Office Bistro rebranded with an updated menu, fresh logo, expanded outdoor dining patio, and newly constructed bar.

At The Office Bistro, you’ll find subtle reminders of the dentist office history alongside creative cocktails, delicious farm-to-table menus, and modern al fresco dining.
