Sunny Shores Retreat is the perfect escape for both relaxation and adventure. Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, and tubing, or simply unwind poolside and enjoy peaceful river sunsets. Centrally located near five charming waterfront towns, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, festivals, marinas, and waterfront restaurants by car or boat. This is river living at its best.
The main house is designed for entertaining with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, two oversized decks, and beautiful water views throughout. An elevator provides easy access between levels, along with a workout room and dedicated office space. The large kitchen and dining area make it ideal for shared meals, celebrations, and time together.
The cottage offers easy one-level living and is perfect for additional guests. Enjoy a fun-filled game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and darts, plus a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and screened porch that leads directly to the pool.
Step outside to experience everything this waterfront property has to offer. Relax by the private pool (opens May 1st — pool photos coming soon!), walk down to the dock for kayaking and fishing, or explore the small beach area that appears at low tide. Guests also have access to kayaks, fishing poles, and a covered boat slip if you plan to bring your own boat.
