Whether your drive the largest motor home on the road or tow a pop-up Grey’s Point Camp has the perfect campsite just for you. From shade to sun, paved to grass, all of our campsites are conveniently located near the Rappahannock River, our huge water park, camp store and all recreation amenities.
All RV Sites are full hookup and include a large grass site, cable TV, Wi-Fi, 50 amp service and sewage. Upgrade your camping experience to an RV Super Site and also receive paved parking, concrete patio, fire rings, free-standing grills, large picnic tables, cable TV, Wi-Fi, 50 amp service and sewage.

Water Park
Open through Labor Day and September 9-11 and 16-18! Our water park distinguishes us from other Virginia Campgrounds! It is an oasis where you can cool off and have a blast with your family! The kids will love the splash zone equipped with water fun coming from every angle. The water slides will be a favorite for your family’s thrill seeker and the large pool areas are perfect for taking a refreshing swim.
Fishing
When it comes to fishing, Grey’s Point Camp puts you right in the middle of the action! The Rappahannock River offers some of the best fishing around, plus you have easy access to prime locations in the Chesapeake Bay. Our bait & tackle shop in the camp store can help you get rigged for any species of saltwater fish you want to go after. Playgrounds & Corn Hole
Bring the kids to one of our two playgrounds where they’ll enjoy swings, slides and climbing! Grab a friend and start a game of corn hole in with our built in boards.
Riverside Beach & Sun Deck
Riverside Beach & Sun Deck Head down to the sandy beach along the Rappahannock River. Build sandcastles, grab some sun and play in the calm waters of the river. It’s the perfect spot to relax on a warm summer day! Bring a picnic to the Sun Deck for a bird’s eye view of wildlife and sailboats in a beautiful setting.
