Regent Point Marina and Boatyard is located in Topping, Virginia. We have 140 slips that can accommodate 16′ to 60′ sailboats, trawlers and power boats with a draft up to 6 1/2′.  Regent Point Marina and Boatyard is located in Topping,  Virginia, near the Rappahannock Oyster Company’s restaurant, Merroir and Prime Restaurant and the Hummel Airfield.  Regent Point also has a climate controlled bathhouse, lockers, dinghy racks, pump out, boat ramp, ice, laundry machines, bicycles, kayaks and canoes, picnic area with grills, playground with a basketball court, free WiFi, and 3 apartments. Regent Point has a full service boatyard with a 35 ton Marine Travelift, ABYC & Yanmar-certified technicians, a 15 ton crane, and is do-it-yourself friendly.
