RAL is excited to host its next Artfully Spirited event: “The Art of Mixology!” On Saturday, August 15th from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm, step out of the heat and enjoy an evening where you will learn to mix a variety of one-of-a-kind cocktails from professional mixologist, Katy Best!
Katy is an acclaimed and award-winning bartender well-known for her work at notable establishments in Richmond, Virginia to include The Roosevelt, Alewife, and Portrait House. Katy’s program at The Roosevelt earned her major praise from both Southern Living and Richmond Magazine.
You will be welcomed that evening with a delicious punch that is nothing like Grandma used to make. Then enjoy learning how to mix three distinct cocktails starting with vodka, then gin, and finally rum. These drinks, designed to celebrate summer, will give attendees the tips and tricks required to make your next soiree something to remember.
