Dr. Dawne Y. Curry is a Professor of History & Ethnic Studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, specializing in South African resistance & protest struggles. A Lancaster County native and former US Fulbright Scholar, she earned her PhD from Michigan State University. She is the author of two books on apartheid history and is currently working on her third single-authored book, tentatively titled, “Eulogizing Apartheid’s Dead”.
