The marina is located at the mouth of the Rappahannock river on the Chesapeake Bay. Our great location, beach, and pool make a great place to dock your boat for the night, weekend or season.

We offer water and electric hookups, have Wi-Fi, onsite laundry, pump-out station and so much more.

We are also PET FRIENDLY- so bring your four legged family members on your boating trip.

Also on- site we have The Tiki Bar & Grill at Windmill Point, which provides great food and beverages plus live music on selected weekends. Boat in or drive up! Open 6 Days a week.  Closed on Tuesdays.  Hours change to just Thursday – Sunday starting after Labor Day.  The restaurant is seasonal.
