Westland Beach, located in Lancaster County’s Windmill Point, is a public beach on the Chesapeake Bay being developed as a premier recreational destination.  It includes a 450-foot fishing pier, observation deck, and shoreline stabilization measures. Bath Houses to come by Late Fall 2025.
