The space
Whole house, porch, yard, all decks and outdoor shower at guest house. All new flooring, fresh paint, renovated baths and kitchen. Charming vintage mixed with modern decor full of personality & great art throughout. You will LOVE the unique screened gazebo providing an extra gathering space outdoors! Guest house with king bed is available for an extra charge. Provides great overflow for guests staying in home or a cozy retreat for 1 or 2 when home is not in use. We do not rent guest house to a seperate group if main house is in use.

Plenty of parking on concrete parking pad, walk, bike, drive or kayak to explore the area.
Other things to note
Guest house will not be rented to other guests while main house is occupied by your group. It is available to be rented as additional space for the guests of main house, or owners reserve the right to stay there (will keep out of the way of house guests). Deltaville has a volunteer fire department, don’t be alarmed if you hear the “old school” siren that sounds off when they call their volunteers.
