Located on Jackson Creek in Deltaville, Jackson Creek Flats—known locally as “The Flats”—is a popular summer gathering spot for boaters, paddleboarders, and kayakers. While there’s no dry land, the area transforms into a wide stretch of shallow, calm water, often ranging from ankle- to knee-deep, creating a natural place to anchor, float, and spend time with friends and family.
With deeper water along the creek channel and expansive shallow areas across the flats, it offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the day. Accessible only by water, it’s a favorite weekend destination for those looking to relax, wade, and take in the laid-back energy of the River Realm.
Please note: nearby shoreline and wooded areas are private property—be sure to respect posted boundaries.
Boaters: Watch your depth, and be mindful of changing conditions and other anchored boats.
