We’re proud to be one of the featured stops\, celebrating one of the Chesapeake’s most iconic flavors with a menu worthy of the occasion. \nFeatured for the Crab Crawl at The Dog & Oyster: \n Chesapeake Jumbo Lump Crab Roll\nSweet Chesapeake jumbo lump crab lightly dressed with Duke’s mayonnaise\, crisp celery\, shallots\, chives\, and a dash of Texas Pete\, served on a toasted top-split bun. \nAlso available from our regular menu: \n King Carter Crab Cake\nA golden jumbo lump crab cake served on a toasted potato bun with lettuce\, vine-ripened tomato\, and our Chesapeake remoulade. \n Commonwealth Catch Dip\nSweet lump crab and tender baby shrimp folded into herbed cream cheese with a gentle kiss of heat\, served with buttery Ritz crackers and Smokehouse almonds. \nHere’s to a day spent sipping\, savoring\, and exploring the Chesapeake Bay Wine Trail during its first-ever Summer Crab Crawl.
