Irving the Pumpkin will be there to welcome everyone\, and the VIA will be handing out candy and treats starting at 5 PM.\n\nWe encourage all kids to show off their creativity — whether your costume is spooky\, silly\, or one-of-a-kind\, we can’t wait to see it!
