A traditional woven cotton cloth dyed, printed and painted with mud left to dry in the sun. The mud stains the cloth into patterns like printmaking and dyeing. Many Bogolanfini cloth are worn or displayed and each is one of a kind as no two ever turn out the same. Play in the mud literally! Bring your own mud/clay to this class or use material provided by instructor.
