|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every month that begins at 9:00 am on day First of the month, repeating until November 4, 2023

The Irvington Farmers Market celebrates area farms and the best quality local produce available. We’re talking amazing farm-to-table! We showcase brilliant vendors from across the region who offer fabulous hand-crafted items and amazing food!

You’ll find artisanal cheeses, local honey, meat, and seafood. Vendors with handmade crafts, jewelry, and clothing. Beautiful handcrafted furniture, baskets, soaps, glassware, and artwork of all kinds. A cornucopia of food, flowers, and gifts! Come hungry… there will be LOTS of delicious food!

And it gets better… Listen to live music! Brilliant musicians perform at each market.

May 6 ~ MERCY CREEK gets our Irvington Farmers Market season off to a fantastic start! Mercy Creek performs original music they call Aggressive Folk Rock – Earthy Edgy Music. Singer/guitarist Cheryl Nystrom Ball and songwriting partner/drummer Jim Ball combine elements of modern folk, world beat, rock, and hints of blues and bluegrass to create music that is fresh and unique. The musical styles used in Mercy Creek’s songs are anchored by Cheryl’s beautiful voice and intelligent lyrics.

June 3 ~ HAZE & DACEY is on stage! The amazing indie-folk duo revels in lilting melodies, tight harmonies, and compelling rhythms that make toes tap and bodies sway. Original songs written by Haze are interspersed among covers both familiar and obscure. The duo skips nimbly from folk-pop to alt-country to roots-rock, creating a homegrown organic sound with upright bass, acoustic guitar, piano, shaker, tambourine, and mouth horn.

July 1 ~ MACKENZIE ROARK joins us. Mackenzie has played stages all along the east coast. From Charleston to Asheville to New York City, this Richmond, Va-based musician has played just about every type of gig. Over the years, she’s dialed in her craft by way of hundreds of performances in bars, restaurants, and breweries, as well as festivals and major venues.
