Lancaster Players is excited to introduce a new addition to its summer Youth Theatre Programs: “Threads of Us: Weaving Our Stories.”
This five-day storytelling workshop (July 20–24) invites young people ages 12–18 to explore the timeless art of storytelling. Guided by creator and teaching artist Rema Keen, participants will gather stories, write scripts, and collaborate to create an original performance featuring their own words and songs.
Along the way, students will explore creative theatre skills including stage direction, blocking, editing, scripting, and the art of Tandem Storytelling.
We’re excited to welcome this new storytelling experience to our Youth Theatre Program and look forward to seeing the stories our young participants create together.
