From February 13th through 15th, Chef Meseret Crockett invites you to a thoughtfully curated menu designed to delight the senses and set the perfect romantic tone.
Begin your evening with a delicate amuse bouche before savoring the Chef’s Valentine Red Beet Vichyssoise, a velvety and richly flavored introduction to the evening. The evening continues with a tender François-René Chateaubriand, perfectly seared and complemented by a mushroom cognac sauce, accompanied by potatoes gratin and fresh asparagus. Conclude your romantic dinner with a luscious chocolate ganache mousse paired with Grand Marnier–infused berries.
Each dinner includes a departing gift of a split of Champagne and Godiva chocolates. At $155 per person, this luxurious experience combines elegance and indulgence for a truly unforgettable celebration. Additional alcohol, service charge, and taxes are not included and will be applied to your folio.
