Kick off the Fall season and Halloween by bringing the family to Urbanna from October 1 to 30 to see what our local businesses think a scarecrow should look like. We’re holding a contest to see which business can build the most creative scarecrow, and the prize is the award for “Best in Straw.” With over 30 scarecrows it’s fun for the whole family!
