Join us on March 8th with Where Were Your Ancestors in 1776? A Black Woman’s Perspective featuring Dr. Allener Baker-Rogers. Dr. Baker-Rogers will relate the challenging search to find her ancestors. This resulted in a rich tapestry of her ancestors’ lives, accomplishments, and often painful journeys.

The program also can be viewed on Facebook Live or later on the library’s YouTube channel.
