The annual Jackson Creek Christmas Cruise has been scheduled for Friday, December 12th, rain or shine. Tickets for the Jackson Creek cruise will go on sale November 13th at Hurd’s Hardware, Deltaville. The tickets are $10 each, must be purchased in person, and are limited to 6 per family. Payment can be made in cash or by check only. A total of 120 tickets are available for the 3 tours: 40 tickets will be sold for each time slot at 5, 6 and 7. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before the time noted on your ticket. Tickets will be collected at the DCA community center and boarding passes given to ticket holders. Transportation will be provided by two hay wagons leaving from the DCA building to the boats. All passengers must check in at the DCA building first. You will not be allowed to board the boat without a boarding pass issued at the DCA building. Please note this is not an activity for folks of limited mobility or for the very young. Any child under 50lbs must provide the appropriate infant’s personal floatation device.
