Join Doug Mock for his winter watercolor classes where you will work from your own reference materials or from those provided by Doug. His subjects will include still life and urban landscapes.Â
For still life art, you will learn how to choose items, display those items and provide light that creates dramatic and interesting shadow, highlights and color. For urban landscapes, you will learn what comprises an urban landscape, what colors best create a powerful painting and what should and shouldn’t be included when painting a busy scene.
Doug will provide weekly demonstrations and provide individual attention to each participant. These classes are open to any artist who has completed any beginning watercolor program. These classes are NOT adequate for true beginners.  Please note this is an eight week session.
