Join us Saturday October 17th for a Spooktacular Boat Parade!! Open to the public! **Viewers can gather at Rappahannock River Yacht Club! **Boat parade participants will gather on the eastern branch of Carters Creek near Custom Yacht Service at 4:15PM! Come dressed in your best costume!
