“The Aiken Gallery at Allure Art Center opens May 2^nd.  This professional fine art gallery features original art by award winning Virginia artists David and Zora Aiken, along with photography by Jeff Cherry. David Aiken has been a professional artist for most of his career and works in a variety of mediums to include acrylics, watercolor, paper cut, and illustration. If you have visited Allure Art Center in the past, you may know David and his wife Zora, as they have been a part of Allure for the past 13 years. David and Zora are now running their own new gallery within Allure on the weekends featuring their paintings, prints and their very popular line of children’s books. The two of them have lived on a boat for much of their lives, and their artwork reflects their travels around the country by water. The gallery will be open weekends on Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4pm.”
